Move time-charged windows with vultr
There is a VPS shop named vultr with a data center in Tokyo. ( 以前のエントリー see also)
Vultr can choose Windows 2012 R2 x64 as the OS. This time, I started Windows using this.

Vultr can be used from the lowest ranking VPS at $ 5 / month. However, if you select Windows, 20 GB is required for installation, so you can no longer select the lowest ranking VPS in the first place.
Also, because the license fee is on board, the amount is high.

"How do you log in?" I think everyone is in doubt. Use RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). You can get the user name and password from the control panel.
Impressions
Because there is a data center in Tokyo, it moves quite properly with RDP. You can also display Japanese.
In our company Tsukinowa, because everyone is a Mac, there is no Windows. I bother to launch it in the VM,
- Test whether IE can be seen properly in IE
- Use a Web service that only works with IE
I think vultr is perfect for minutes to use.
